Focal Zone is built on two complementary dimensions that work together toward this mission.
We offer a space - a true “focal zone” - where mentees meet mentors, and a forum where participants exchange on global interests and concerns, regardless of their affiliations or platforms.

Cultivating Change Agents and developing leadership by promoting emerging leaders, strengthening valuable skills, and building strong professional network through Mentorship and the sharing of expertise.

Engaging “partners” in a shared forum and leveraging the diversity of participants allows issues to addressed from multiple perspectives.

Mentors are carefully selected through a nomination process based on high standards of authenticity, professionalism, ethical values ,and integrity;
Mentors are chosen for their civic or organizational engagement, extending beyond their initial technical career paths;

Despite varied backgrounds and affiliations, participants engage in healthy, bidirectional discussions and exchange ideas around shared global goals.
